Commissions
The commission process is simple, easy, and allows you to help custom design the perfect piece for your home. Commissions are all originals, one of a kind and will reflect your personal aesthetic.
The process can work in 2 ways. If you already know the perfect size for your space, please send me an email to cristinamihalachi.art@gmail.com with the size desired. Include any helpful information about the room, colour schemes, framed or unframed, and any details I may need to know. I’ll get back to you with a quote for the exact size requested.
If you are unsure of the size, or just want a few options, please fill out the contact form and include your budget or price range. I will give you 2-3 options of sizes at different price points within your budget. This option doesn’t tie you to one size or price and gives you the ultimate flexibility.
Please note that work time on commissions depends on the size, scope and availability of my commission schedule. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with all commissions, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. Typically, commissions are booked 4 weeks in advance of when work time will begin. Work time from when it starts is about 2 weeks. Shipping prices are not included in the commission quote and will depend on size, weight and location. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions!
